Paragon Competitions Limited is proud to be a signatory to the UK Government’s Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators, published by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).

• Permanent self-exclusion functionality.
• The ability for customers to permanently close their accounts at any time.
• Removal from all marketing communications following account closure or permanent self-exclusion.
• A dedicated Playing Responsibly page providing information, controls and support resources.
• A strict prohibition on the use of credit cards for purchasing competition entries.
