Paragon Competitions Limited is committed to making its services, competitions and communications as accessible as reasonably possible.

We recognise that some customers may have additional accessibility needs, including those who are blind, visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing.

Our competitions are conducted through live draws broadcast on social media platforms, with the winning ticket number and winner’s name displayed on screen during the draw. To improve accessibility for participants who may be unable to watch the live broadcast, all draw results are also published on our website within approximately 15 minutes of the conclusion of each live draw.

Where reasonably practicable, we will seek to provide:

• Clear and easy-to-understand communications.
• Assistance through alternative communication methods where appropriate.
• Support for customers who require information in an accessible format.
• Consideration of reasonable adjustments to help ensure customers can participate in our competitions and access our services fairly.
