The BodyMax CF342 Compact Folding Bench is perfect for someone looking for a quality bench and rack system but without taking up too much space at home.
SPACE SAVING DESIGN
The intuitive design means that this bench can be folded away vertically, saving a large amount of floor space that can used for other exercises. You don’t need to have a large gym space or a garage, this can be kept in a bedroom or living room and only folded down when ready to be used.
ADJUSTABLE BACKREST
With three different incline options you can perform flat bench and incline bench at 30 and 45 degrees. Performing a bench press with an incline will target your upper pectoral muscles more than a regular flat bench press, giving you a fuller and stronger chest.
There is also a decline setting which can be used to perform a decline bench press, this will activate the lower pectorals more than a flat bench press. The seat pad also has three different incline settings to provide optimum positioning for all exercises.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT
The height of the rack is adjustable, meaning you can perform different exercises more comfortably and making the bench suitable for users of different heights and sizes. The rack also includes safety latches that will keep the barbell secure when changing weight.
LEG ATTACHMENT
The BodyMax CF342 also includes a leg curl and leg extension attachment, so not only can you work your upper body you can also improve your leg strength and muscularity.
Place your feet under the bottom pads and lift upwards to perform a leg extension; this is a great exercise to work the quadriceps. You can also perform a leg curl by lying face down on the bench, placing your legs underneath the upper pads and bringing them towards your body.
This is a great exercise to work the hamstring muscles, strong hamstrings will improve your performance in running, jumping and climbing. Weight sleeve is suitable for 1” discs only.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The BodyMax CF342 is made from heavy duty steel with high quality upholstery and comfortable padded backrest. We would recommend this bench to regular gym-goers or to anyone who is new to weightlifting; the 180kg maximum weight capacity means that this may not be suitable for advanced lifters.

To enter for Free by postal Entry, you must first create an Account on the Website, then clearly write on a Postcard, your full name, full address, email address used to register your Account, date of birth, contact telephone number and the name of the specific Competition you wish to enter to the Promoter. Free Entries must be posted to Paragon Competitions Limited, 3000 Aviator Way, Manchester Business Park, Manchester, M22 5TG. Postage must be paid by the Entrant and business postage solutions must not be used.
Free Postal Entries are limited to One Entry Per Person/Account, Per Competition, Per Postcard.
All Entries must be sent individually and Postcards sent in envelopes will not be accepted, we will not accept hand delivered entries, they must be sent via the Royal Mail postal service.
In the interest of fairness, Paragon Competitions reserves the right to ban anybody that is suspected of misuse, cheating or automating entries. Any automated entries or suspected automated entries will not be accepted and anybody suspected or deemed to be attempting to make automated entries will be permanently banned from Paragon Competitions. Automated entries can include but is not limited to; printing post cards in volume, use of a franking machine or use of business postage solutions.
Free postal Entries received while the Competition is still open will be entered into the draw and will be treated exactly the same as a paid entry. Any free postal Entries received after the Competition has closed will not be entered into the Draw. You will not be deemed to have Entered a Competition until the Promoter confirms your Entry either by email or by adding your Entry to the Recent Orders area of your Account.
Free postal Entries with incomplete information will not be Entered into the Draw.
The Promoter will not be held responsible for any lost free postal Entries which don’t arrive at the Promoter’s address.
The Promoter will not be held responsible for any free postal Entries which do not arrive before the Competition closes. A Competition may close due to all Entries being allocated or the countdown timer of the Competition reaching zero.
